Ultimate Extender Feedback
I bought this before the X4 had come down in price and this was the cheapest penis extender around. It works but thats the best i can say about it so far. I have gained almost an inch but its too stop start where the noose is so painful. I have to remove it every 30 minutes or so for 5 minutes so 3 hours of wear time takes closer to 4. Other than that its great but i would recommend going for one with a strap instead. Just 82 from 100 for this even though it works.

When i bought this it was the cheapest one around and since i was short of money (and confidence that it would work) i went for the cheapest. I will say it does work but i wish the X4 had dropped in price before i bought this. Apart from saving a bit of money the one thing i find bad about this extender is the noose. The comfort strap looks a lot better and easier to wear. Even though it sounds like i am not happy i really am, i have made gains, almost an inch in 3 months where i haven’t really stuck to the schedule. For this reason i give this 94 from 100.
