Stretcher Use How To
All the extenders we have reviewed have complete instructions but we can give you a brief description here. Of course different extenders are used differently but have a lot of the basics the same. The main difference will be the piece that connects behind the penis head.
Some, like the Ultimate extender use a noose type attachment which is a type of nylon or latex material which is a noose that fits just behind the ridge of the penis head. Then this is pulled tight so that when the extender is stretched it pulls the head away from your body keeping it stretched.
Other types include a comfort strap which is similar to the noose but instead of being a latex or nylon thin noose of material it is usually about 1 inch of flat latex, This puts the pressure over a larger area meaning you get less pressure on a thinner area. This means more blood flow and the ability to leave the stretcher on for much longer periods.
Back to the basics, you put the base over your penis against your body by the pubic bone. Then you attach the comfort strap or noose behind the penis head and connect it to the base piece. Then with either screws or tension bars the head piece is pulled away from the base piece stretching the penis.
You leave your penis this way for as long as you can though a few of the routines you begin with only one hour a day for a week then slowly build up. This is a wonderful and simple way to increase penis size. We have found the longer usage time with the comfort straps better and tension bars are also a bonus point as it keeps a constant force at all times.
